Frequently asked Questions
Dispatching orders daily between Monday and Friday, we aim to process and send out every item ordered within 24 hours. However, at times, due to unforeseen circumstances, there can be delays to your shipment. In these circumstances we will try to inform you at earliest convenience
UK Mainland delivery between 1-4 working days. For warehouse shipments outside UK Mainland, delivery will take between 4-8 days.

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible using the Contact us form detailing your order number and what the new address needs to be.
Alternatively, you can cancel the order and we will refund you the money.

Once your item has been dispatched we will log the tracking details with PayPal who will update you via email. If you have not used PayPal, we email you the tracking details and courier link directly

If it has not been dispatched we will cancel the order and refund the value of the item(s). However, due to our 24-hour dispatch turn around, we cannot guarantee that your order won’t have been sent out by the time you contact us.
